    • Duties: The Board, when formed, will ensure the church’s mission is upheld, oversee financial management, and maintain legal compliance. Until the Board is in place, the founder will assume all responsibilities as the acting Board of Directors. Christian leaders will be invited by the founder to join as Board members.

    • Meetings: The Board shall meet quarterly for critical decisions. A quorum (50% + 1) must be present for official decisions.

    • Duties: Pastors must preach the Word of God, distribute food to those in need, and provide pastoral care.

  • Appointment: Pastors will be selected by the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with the church’s mission.

Article VI: Meetings and Services

Expanding outreach may include producing and distributing Christian faith-based films, documentaries, and other media to spread the Word of God.

  • Budget Approval: The Board of Directors shall approve the budget quarterly. Special meetings will be convened as necessary to ensure that funds are managed efficiently and effectively in a timely manner.

Article VIII: Conflict Resolution

  • Internal Disputes: Disputes within the church shall be resolved through prayer, mediation, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Board of Directors will provide final resolution if needed.

Article IX: Amendments

  • These by-laws may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the Board of Directors, with input from the congregation. However, the Purpose and Mission Statement may only be altered by the words of Jesus Christ Himself upon His physical return, as this church is established for Him and His people.
